Because you do. If you’ve never treated your lawn, then you don’t know what your lawn needs. If you have received lawn treatments, then you need to know the precise amount of material for each application. At this point, usually just by looking at a lawn, we can determine what it needs and where to begin, but we always prefer to start with a benchmark. That lets you and us know where we started and how well we’re preforming for you. Beyond everything else, it’s free. So, what the heck. Why not do it?
Are All Those Applications Really Necessary?
Yes and no. They are only if you’d like them. Some folks just plain don’t like lawn applications and that’s fine. For those who do, we believe it’s best to follow through from start to finish. One application works fine, but all of them together are powerful and can really transform your lawn.
What Are Some Of Those Brown Or Bare Spots?
That’s progress. We know it may not seem like it and it sounds like the opposite of what we’re going for, but it’s not. We’re going in the right direction when we see that. Companies Always Promise Me 100% Clearance. Do You?
Never. The cases are few and far between where we can definitively tell a customer they can expect a 100% weed free lawn. Why is that? Well, there’s many variables that impact your lawn: a nearby field that’s full of weeds, your neighbor’s lawn, the “hot spots” in your own lawn. Hot spots are the areas that are bare ground like where your dog may scratch, under you child’s swing set, or all the lines that are created after your lawn is weed whacked and stick edged. Although they’re easy enough to spot treat, these areas do pose as potentially great places for weeds to grow. So, unless your lawn has very little to none of these, then there’s no 100% clearance guarantee. That being said, our techs will still do a fantastic job of transforming any property and taking on any challenge given.
